Allison Reppond is a member of the Litigation Team, bringing a wealth of experience in personal injury, products liability, labor and employment, and commercial litigation matters, and her practice involves managing a docket in these areas, instilling confidence in her clients and colleagues.
Allison brings a wealth of experience when it comes to all aspects of litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Allison served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the Department of Justice. In this role, she represented the U.S. in civil litigation matters, including pursuing civil claims on behalf of the United States in False Claims Act and defending the United States in tort and employment litigation matters and pursuit of civil claims in False Claims Act matters. Her experience in this high-stakes environment reassures clients and colleagues of her legal acumen and ability to handle complex cases.
Away from the Office
Allison is dedicated to teaching trial advocacy skills to future lawyers through her work as an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. In that role, she works with a team of law students to prepare for mock trial competitions in the fall and spring semesters, including teaching students how to develop trial strategies and prepare witness examinations, opening statements and closing arguments, and evidentiary arguments. Allison’s commitment to helping students develop advocacy skills extends to her work with the Dallas Bar Association’s Mock Trial Committee, where she serves as a Vice Chair and helps plan and host the Texas High School Mock Trial State Championship and several regional competitions for high school students across the State of Texas each year. Allison is also a proud Baylor Bear and a Louisiana native. You can often find her cheering for the Bears and the New Orleans Saints, working to perfect her favorite Louisiana recipes, baking, and spending time with her cat, Beignet.
