Brian Garrison

Brian focuses his practice in the Real Estate and Business & Corporate areas.

Brian brings a diverse finance and legal professional background, including experience in banking, environmental, government, and healthcare. His career has included positions in Germany and in Thailand. As a CFA charter holder, he draws on his educational experience to help his clients navigate their financing issues.

Prior to joining the Firm, Brian managed acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for a Fortune 500 company and acquisitions, development, and financing for a national real estate investment firm. He began his legal career as an appellate attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where he represented the State of Texas on over 100 felony appeals and obtained a published opinion in the Fifth District Court of Appeals.

Away from the Office

When not in the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, staying active in the gym, and racing sailboats.
