Hillary represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, multi-family, and mixed-use projects.
She drafts agreements related to the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of real property, as well as conducts reviews of title and due diligence materials. Hillary also has experience in oil and gas transactional law, where she prepared drilling and division order title opinions and aided clients in the purchase and sale of minerals. While in law school, Hillary served as a full-time judicial extern for Justice Debra Lehrmann of the Supreme Court of Texas.
Away from the Office
Hillary enjoys all things Texas Tech sports and showing American quarter horses.
