Victoria Tracy

Victoria Tracy is an associate, focusing her practice in real estate.

Victoria works frequently with developers, lenders, operators, landlords and tenants, in both Texas and states throughout the country, in commercial real estate developments and investments. Her principal practice area involves counseling clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, management, disposition and construction of commercial real estate. Additionally, Victoria conducts title and survey examinations, ensuring that her clients’ interests are protected and potential issues are identified and addressed proactively. 

Victoria has worked with KRCL throughout her law school career. While at Ole Miss, Victoria was involved in a number of organizations, including the Dean’s Leadership Council and the Student Bar Association, where she served as an Executive Board member. Victoria was also active in the Transactional Law Clinic, where she assisted low-capital businesses and non-profit clients in achieving their goals.

Away from the Office

Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys reading and sampling new restaurants. As a two-time alumna from the University of Mississippi, Victoria is on the field with the Ole Miss Rebels. She maintains an active lifestyle and is always up for a round of pickleball.
