Arthur Nathan Joins Houston Office of Kane Russell Coleman Logan
Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC announced further growth of its Houston office with the addition of Arthur Nathan to its Director ranks. Arthur, who has been board certified in tax law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1983, will practice in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Tax Sections, where he will continue to advise clients in mergers and acquisitions, business and tax planning, and other U.S. and international transactional matters.
Arthur has represented clients buying, selling, merging and dividing businesses, and in business taxation matters, for more than four decades. His practice includes negotiating, managing, structuring, and documenting mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, tax-free reorganizations, corporate spin-offs, partnership and limited liability company transactions, and advising on shareholder and business owner disputes. Arthur has significant experience representing buyers and sellers of businesses in energy, power, oil & gas, oil field services, technology, logistics (including air and shipping), medical, marine terminaling, and storage facilities, and professional services. Prior to joining KRCL, Arthur was at Jones Day, where he advised U.S. and foreign companies in acquisitions and dispositions of power plants, power services, oil field services, software companies, and engineering services companies.
