Congratulations to Douglas Bracken and Drew Robertson on a successful trial victory!

Douglas Bracken and Drew Robertson successfully secured a summary judgment for client, Driveline Retail Merchandising Inc., on claims asserted against Driveline by Willert Home Products, and on Driveline’s own counter claims for contracted and late fees. Despite Willert’s filing claims against Driveline first in Missouri federal court for $2.5 million for tortious interference with their mutual client, a big box retailer, the judge ruled that Willert was at fault and instead awarded Driveline all of its fees - totaling nearly $345k - for its services performed for Willert at the retailer’s stores.
