Dean Fearing Chooses KRCL's Yellow Rose Chili
On October 1, 2010, Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC competed with 30 other companies in the 3rd Annual Alix Partners Chili Challenge held at Eddie Dean's Ranch in Dallas. The KRCL team especially enjoyed the role of "David" defeating 29 "Goliath" law firms and financial institutions that participated. Team members George Barber, Joe Friedman, Forrest Smith, Amy Taylor and Larry Wilson concocted "KRCL's Agnes' Yellow Rose Chili," a recipe containing venison and sirloin in a special chili gravy coupled with a number of "secret" ingredients. The competition was judged by Dean Fearing, who awarded the KRCL team the 1st Place trophy.
