Marcy Rothman spoke today at the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel Fall Meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with United States District Court Judge Mark W. Bennett. The topic was implicit bias in voir dire (jury selection). Judge Bennett is a national authority on the subject and is the author of the federal jury instructions on bias.
