Jason T. Barnes joins KRCL's Business & Corporate Practice
Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC announced that Jason T. Barnes has joined the firm’s Business & Corporate practice in Dallas as a Director.

With more than two decades of corporate, finance, alternative investment, and regulatory experience, Barnes counsels domestic and foreign financial institutions, business development companies, private and public investment funds, registered investment advisors, investment managers, private equity principals, and individuals in a wide variety of transactions, including senior and subordinated debt and equity financing, common and preferred stock offerings, venture capital investments, fund formations, asset securitizations, and other alternative investments.
Barnes is very active in his community, both professionally and personally. In addition to the more than 20 years he has advocated for and represented dozens of social impact and ESG-focused capital providers and the companies in which they invest, as well as being an active member of the Pro Bono College of the State of Texas. He received his law degree from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
