Kane Russell Coleman and Logan PC Announces the Launch of Banking Blog
Kane Russell Coleman and Logan PC announces the launch of The Law of Banking, a blog about state and federal banking regulations and recent court decisions affecting the banking industry. The Law of Banking will be part of the KRCL Blog Network.
Banking law has become increasingly complex since the 2008 market crash. The constant changes in banking laws and the severe consequences for noncompliance means that it is crucial for people within this industry to stay informed.
“Keeping up with current banking legislation requires a lot of time and effort,” said Kenneth Johnston, a Director in the Firm’s Dallas office and a contributing author of The Law of Banking blog. “We wanted to create a resource for people who work in the banking and finance industry to turn to for the latest information.”
Authored by the attorneys of Kane Russell Coleman and Logan PC, the blog explores the many legal issues surrounding banking law. The blog’s authors aim to provide an educational resource that will keep banking and financial professionals current on relevant regulations and rulings. It can be difficult to stay current when the legal landscape is changing rapidly, so the attorney authors are committed to providing fresh, concise and useful information on a frequent basis.
“We represent many different types and sizes of financial institutions and entities, which has provided our attorneys with valuable insight into this industry. We are excited to have a forum to share information with the legal and financial communities,” says Mike Logan, the Firm’s Chairman of the Board and contributor to the banking blog.
The blog can be viewed on the web at http://www.krclblogs.com, where readers can also subscribe to receive email notifications. LinkedIn users can also follow Kane Russell Coleman and Logan PC and the blog athttp://www.linkedin.com/company/kane-russell-coleman-&-logan-pc.
