Kane Russell Coleman Logan Announces Promotion of Two Attorneys to Director
Kane Russell Coleman Logan today announced the promotion of Roland Hamilton and Brad Smith to its directorship ranks. The promotions underscore the firm’s continued growth and breadth of legal acumen.
Roland Hamilton defends clients in cases involving personal injury, construction, transportation, the petrochemical industry, products liability, commercial disputes, and maritime issues. Previously a senior counsel of the firm, he has successfully resolved numerous disputes for clients in both trial and arbitration.
Brad Smith represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business torts, large loss subrogation, insurance coverage disputes, breaches of contract and catastrophic personal injury litigation. He also helps clients navigate the complex legal issues involved in construction litigation, prioritizing their business goals while protecting their interests.
“Brad and Roland embody the best of KRCL -- the wide range of services our industry practice groups offer, our reach here in Texas, and the brilliant legal talent,” said Managing Director Joe Coleman. “They are hard-working, ambitious attorneys who are clearly prepared to help us usher the firm into the future.”
Additionally, the firm promoted Tom Ciarlone Jr., Richard Hathaway and John Inabnett from directors to senior directors.
