Kane Russell Coleman Logan Elects Four New Directors

Kane Russell Coleman Logan (“KRCL”) is proud to announce that Jerrad Bloome, Stephen Kirschner, Ryan Ricke, and Andrew “Drew” Robertson have been elected as directors.

Jerrad Bloome is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts. He has skillfully represented plaintiffs and defendants across all phases of civil litigation, from initial strategy to appeals. Beyond the courtroom, Bloome offers legal counseling and advice to clients at every stage of the legal journey.

Stephen Kirschner is a member of KRCL's real estate team and represents developers in complex transactions. His experience encompasses retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Skilled in strategizing for business growth, Kirschner excels in guiding companies to achieve their objectives through development, construction, and lease negotiation tactics.

Ryan Ricke advises and guides a diverse set of clients through every phase of the business cycle. He collaborates closely with business leaders, orchestrating, formulating, and negotiating a range of M&A, commercial lending, and succession planning transactions. Ricke’s representation extends across the full breadth of industries, ensuring clients achieve their goals.

Andrew “Drew” Robertson is a commercial litigator serving clients from diverse industries nationwide in state and federal courts. In addition to litigation, he also has a growing appellate practice. Robertson has handled more than a dozen civil appeals before many of Texas’s intermediate courts of appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, showcasing his comprehensive legal acumen. Prior to joining KRCL, Robertson clerked for U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings in Lubbock.
