Kane Russell Coleman Logan, PC Adds Two Litigation Attorneys
Kane Russell Coleman and Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce that Kenneth Riney and Philip Bean have each joined the Firm in the Litigation Group in Dallas.
Kenneth Riney joins the firm as a senior attorney in the Litigation Section. He has more than a decade of experience in litigation, having defended countless clients in premises, products and professional liability claims.
Prior to joining Kane Russell Coleman & Logan, Riney was a partner at a full-service law firm specializing in litigation and transactional law. In this position, he defended business and residential property owners in premises liability actions, product manufacturers and distributors in multiparty litigation, insurance agents in professional liability cases, and different parties in livestock liability actions.
Kenneth was recognized a “Texas Rising Star” by Texas Monthly in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 and received the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association President Award of Merit in 2009, 2011 and 2012. He earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2004 and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M in 2001.
Philip Bean also has extensive experience in a variety of civil litigation, including automobile dealership defense, consumer bad faith, automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability cases, wrongful death and complex tort cases.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2010, where he was awarded the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and was included on the Dean’s List. While attending law school, Philip clerked for Judge Jeffrey Manske in the Western District of Texas and interned with the Misdemeanor Division of the Harris County District Attorney’s office. In 2007, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
