KRCL Announces Raymond J. Kane as Chair of the Board of Directors and Welcomes Andrew J. Sarne to the Board

Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC (“KRCL”) announced Raymond J. Kane as the firm’s new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Kane, a founding Director of the firm and well-known real estate attorney, will continue to serve clients and maintain a full-time practice that encompasses real estate and real estate finance, corporate, and federal taxation matters, as well as the permitting and operation of compensatory mitigation banks, formed under the Clean Water Act. Kane will succeed outgoing Chair, Robert LeMay.

In addition, Andrew J. Sarne, a director and litigator in KRCL’s Houston office, will also join the Board. Bringing an extensive background as lead counsel, Sarne has skillfully navigated the defense and prosecution of a diverse array of civil lawsuits. He also works closely with businesses in several sectors, advising them on a variety of risks.
