KRCL named Top 20 on the M&A Law Firm Leaderboard for 2021

Congratulations to KRCL’s Dallas-based M&A team led by Michael Attaway and Rick Stark. The Texas LawBook published a 2021 roundup of their Corporate Deal Tracker, measuring law firms in Texas in both number and dollar value of M&A transactions. KRCL is #20 on the list of firms ranked by volume of deals, and the only Texas-based regional firm in the top 20. KRCL’s $523 million in deal value put it squarely in the top 30 of the list.
