KRCL Obtains Dismissal of Chinese Product Manufacturer

KRCL recently obtained a dismissal of a wrongful death lawsuit against a manufacturer located in China whose product was alleged to have been involved in a construction related death.  The San Antonio District Court granted the Motion filed by KRCL seeking dismissal of the Suit based on the defense that the Court lacked personal jurisdiction over the China based entity.  KRCL regularly represents companies located in China in connection with litigation and transaction matters in the United States and American companies in connection with transaction matters in China.
