KRCL Represents Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona in its Acquisition by Mountain West Utility Trailer

Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC (KRCL) successfully represented Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona in its acquisition by Mountain West Utility Trailer, Inc. this past month. Leading the legal representation for Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona was Ryan Ricke, a Director of KRCL in Dallas.

Justin Deputy, President & CEO of Mountain West Utility Trailer, Inc., shared in a recent press release, “Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona, established in 1943, is the country’s longest continuously running Utility dealer. Under the leadership of George Cravens, the dealership experienced tremendous growth and had to relocate its Phoenix operations twice due to outgrowing previous facilities. Cravens will continue to be part of the management team for Mountain West Utility Trailer.”

The KRCL team appreciated the opportunity to advise Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona in this matter. Ricke remarked, “This transaction ensures the continued growth and success of Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona and builds on the legacy of George and his predecessors.”

Assisting Ricke in the representation of Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona was Rick Stark, a founding Director of KRCL, Charles Aster, a Director of KRCL, who advised on the real estate components of the transaction, and Deborah Ransom, an associate at KRCL’s Houston office.
