KRCL Strengthens Both Transactional and Litigation Teams with addition of Stephanie Kaiser

Dallas, January 21, 2025 - Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC (KRCL) has announced that veteran litigator Stephanie E. Kaiser has joined as a Director in the firm’s Dallas office and as a member of the Financial Services Practice Group and the Business and Corporate Transactional Practice Group. She was most recently a Member of Dickinson Wright PLLC in Austin.

Kaiser provides guidance to her clients on a wide variety of business and legal challenges. She has built a reputation as an esteemed litigator for successfully handling matters ranging from fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties, wrongful death, workplace disputes and personnel matters to unfair competition, intellectual property infringement cases, Lanham Act allegations, and lease disputes. Kaiser’s experience also encompasses transactional, real estate, corporate governance, administrative/regulatory, healthcare, and insurance matters. She advises on general compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger activity.

In addition, Kaiser has gained particular experience representing creditors in various troubled commercial loan and consumer finance disputes. She has handled matters related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, as well as those related to consumer protection laws, the Dodd-Frank Act, and potential regulatory enforcement actions. She also routinely works with clients to develop policies and procedures, perform internal reviews and investigations, advise and respond to audits and examinations, and provide training and consulting to all levels within the organization.

Her clients include businesses, corporate executives, boards of directors, and licensed professionals across multiple industries, including financial services, security technology, general and tower construction, telecommunications, real estate, healthcare, and energy sectors.

Kaiser has been recognized by Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business General Commercial Litigation, since 2022. She is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and is a Master member of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court, where she also served on the Executive Committee and as its president. She received her B.A. from Texas Christian University, summa cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
