Marcy Rothman Elected to the Executive Committee Class for The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel

Director Marcy Rothman has been elected to the Executive Committee Class for The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC).  She will serve a three-year term through 2020. Founded in 1955, NARTC consists of approximately 1,100 trial attorneys in the United States and Canada who represent railroads or their affiliated entities in litigation.  The Phoenix-based non-profit association aims to keep members up-to-date on the latest developments in legislation affecting the railroad industry.
