Marcy Rothman Elected Western Region Vice President of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel

Marcy Rothman, Managing Director of the KRCL Houston Office, has been elected Vice President of the Western Region for the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. In 2017, Marcy was elected to the Executive Committee Class for a three year term.  She has been a member of the organization for more than a decade.

Founded in 1955, NARTC consists of approximately 1,100 top railroad trial attorneys from the United States and Canada. Membership in the Phoenix-based non-profit organization is by invitation only and is limited to lawyers who handle litigation or related matters for railroads or their affiliated entities, or who handle litigation or other legal matters directly affecting railroads.  The association aims to keep members up-to-date on the latest developments in legislation affecting the railroad industry.
