Notice of Conversion to Chapter 7

On June 28, 2001, the Bankruptcy Court ordered that these Chapter 11 cases be converted to cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 1112(a). Mr. Steven S. Turoff has been elected Chapter 7 trustee in these cases.
